Cardiac Amyloidosis

Abstract
There has been little opportunity for the clinical study of cardiac amyloidosis, since, with the exception of biopsy, diagnostic procedures are few and not dependable. Twenty patients with cardiac amyloidosis plus a review of the literature reveal certain clinical, ecg, and pathological correlations which may aid in ante-mortum case finding. A patient with the largest reported amyloid heart is discussed in detail.
