Abstract
5-Fluorouracil is a commonly administered chemotherapy agent that has infrequently been associated with cardiotoxicity. This review highlights the clinical features of this syndrome as described in reports from the medical literature. Clinical and laboratory evidence supporting proposed underlying mechanisms are reviewed. Keywords
