Abstract
A thorough investigation of Nylon-66 adsorbate from a Canadian ale on various chemical constituents has been made using thin-layer and paper chromatography coupled with different colour reactions. In addition to polyphenols, proteins and carbohydrates which are customary constituents of a polyamide beer adsorbate, a number of other types of organic compounds have been identified. Keywords
