Abstract
A high-accuracy (10-b) and high-speed (80-MHz) glitchless D/A (digital-to-analog) converter has been realized. The device is based on the following circuit techniques: 1023 new cells with a clocked AND-NOR gate for data-latch function; a new current source circuit for reduction of switching noise; and a current source arrangement independent of current variation. The LSI has been fabricated by a 1.0- mu m double-metal CMOS process. Keywords
