Abstract
The effect of Pitressin on the cellular content of sodium and potassium, the resistance to perfusate flow and heart rate were studied in the isolated perfused rabbit heart. The resistance to flow was markedly increased in the Pitressin-treated hearts while no significant change occurred in any of the other measured variables. Keywords
