A solution of Sherrington Kirkpatrick model for Ising spin glass with physically acceptable entropy

Abstract
We investigate a mean field theory of the Sherrington Kirpatrick model of the Ising spin glass. This solution generalizes that of Blandin et al. and is a peculiar limit of Parisi's. Even though we find a well behaved, physically acceptable, entropy near zero temperature (identical to Sommer's solution) investigation of its stability in the sense of Almeida Thouless and Pytte Rudnick reveals it to be unstable below TcKeywords
