Abstract
Severe watery diarrhea and eosinophilic colitis induced by carbamazepine (CBZ) has not been described previously. We report the first known case of CBZ-induced watery diarrhea and eosinophilic colitis in a 57-year-old man receiving CBZ for secondarily generalized tonic-clonic seizures that developed after a cerebral infarction. Keywords
