Abstract
SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA ETHANOL DE TRENTA PRO CENTO E CARCINOGENESE IN LE BURSA BUCCAL DEL HAMSTER.—Le influentia de ethanol in promover le disveloppamento de carcinoma oral, un effecto que se suggere clinicamente, esseva studiate experimentalmente con le utilisation de 60 hamsters auree. Le gruppo experimental de animales recipeva ethanol in un concentration de 30 pro cento como le sol provision de liquido. Le gruppo del animales de controlo recipeva aqua. Le carcinogeno, 9,10-dimethyl-1,2 benzanthraceno in oleo mineral esseva applicate in mesurate quantitates al superficie interior del bursas buccal. Post 72 dies, le incidentia de tumores maligne esseva plus alte in le gruppo recipiente ethanol. Degeneration grassiose del hepate esseva prevalente in iste gruppo.
