Abstract
Perfect binary arrays have been the object of investigation by several authors in recent years. This Letter collects known results, including those obtained by combinatorialists in pursuit of a different objective, and applies them to give an account of the status of such arrays of size s × t with 1 ≤ s ≤ t ≤ 100.Keywords
