Abstract
Three patients with widespread papular granuloma annulare lesions and previously undetected diabetes mellitus are described. A peculiar clinical feature included serpiginous papules on the dorsa of the hands along with typical granuloma annulare lesions. Utilizing a standard glucose tolerance or cortisone glycosuria tests defined the underlying diabetic state.
