Abstract
Tritiated dextromethorphan (3H-DM) was prepared from dextrorphan and purified by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The tritiated drug was found to be homogeneous and identical to authentic unlabeled DM by both HPLC and thin layer chromatography. The specific radioactivity of 3H-DM was 26 Ci/mmole.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
