Abstract
This paper presents a brief summary of the evidence for selective beta-stimulant and selective glucocorticoid treatments of bronchial asthma. If they are used together correctly, and with sodium cromoglycate in suitable cases, the physician will achieve better control of bronchial asthma in most patients.
