Work Value Systems of Young Workers.

Abstract

The work value systems of 1,058 workers were assessed to investigate differences in values between younger workers and older workers. Both education and age were found to strongly influence such values, but little evidence was obtained to support the concept of a pervasive generation gap in work value systems.
