Abstract
It is shown using gauge transformation that the "side-slide" mechanism contribution to the dc ferromagnetic Hall current is nonexistent. The above mechanism, however, gives rise to an ac Hall current similar to an ac dipole driving current. The former is shown to be negligibly small compared with the latter. Keywords
