Abstract
By a series of experiments involving close inbreeding, it is shown that four sub-lines of a race of abnormal mice can be produced by selection. These are (1) a line overlapping normal in somatic appearance in almost 100%, (2) a line in which foot abnormalities have disappeared and eye abnormalities are retained in almost 100%, (3) and (4) lines in which eye and foot abnormalities are present, one showing a relative preponderance of abnormalities of the front feet, the other showing a preponderance of abnormalities of the hind feet. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
