Abstract
The most sensitive mechanical index of tissue aging was previously proven to be limit strain. In a pilot study the skin from 5 patients with Down''s syndrome showed no significant difference from that of normal individuals. Premature aging in Down''s syndrome apparently does not occur. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
