Abstract
Total N analyses and analyses of amino acids in A. ischaemum bv paper chromatography indicated a close relationship between total N content and hydrolyzable amino acids. The free (water soluble) amino acids and those detectable after acid hydrolysis were fairly constant. Amino acid content appeared not to be altered by maturation of plants or by partial defoliation. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
