Abstract
A 47 yr old guitar player presented with inability to use his right hand due to progressive weakness and numbness. Examination suggested compression neuropathy of the median nerve at the elbow. Exploration of the median nerve revealed compression by a tight aponeurosis of the biceps tendon. Release resulted in prompt recovery of function. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
