Abstract
Three patients with Ig[immunoglobulin]G myelomatosis and extreme hyponatremia are described. By isoelectric focusing of the M-component the subnormal Na value is most likely explained by a cationic effect of the myeloma globulin.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
