Abstract
The semiquantal theory is employed to investigate ionisation collisions between two excited hydrogen atoms, HA(nAlA)+HB(nBlB) to HA(n'Al'A)+HB++e. Cross sections for (nA=2, n'A=3, nB=2), (nA=2, n'A=3, nB=3) and (nA=2, n'A=4, nB=3) are calculated for all possible values of azimuthal quantum numbers. Some new phenomena are found in the collision energy dependence of the cross sections. Keywords
