Abstract
A technique for the study of bacterial colonization of surfaces by scanning electron microscopy employing blind well chemotactic chambers is described. Abundant growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on glass and polyethylene was observed 24 h after inoculation.Keywords
