Abstract
Sleep apnea has been associated with various types of cardiac dysrhythmias; however, complete heart block has not been reported to occur in this condition. This brief report describes the case of a patient who developed episodes of prolonged complete heart block during sleep apnea. Nasal continuous positive airway pressure resulted in complete resolution of the heart block. Keywords
