Abstract
The measurement of the impedance of grounding systems that have a value of less than one ohm and also residual ground currents flowing at the time of measurement requires special techniques and instrumentation. A summation of the quantities involved is given in this paper, with a description of a practical instrument that has been developed for making this type of measurement. Keywords
