Abstract
The neuro-ophthalmic manifestations of central nervous system cryptococcosis have been extended to include internuclear and supranuclear ophthalmoplegias. Two illustrative cases are presented and pathophysiologic mechanisms are considered. In one, autopsy evidence implies basilar endarteritis with brain stem infarction. Keywords
