Abstract
Ces modifications peuvent se résumer de la maniére suivante: The influence of cold-work and of subsequent annealing on the anelastic properties of aluminium has been studied by several workers. The behaviour of the cold worked metal can be analysed in terms of elementary processes such as: Those results have been interpreted with the following assumptions: The B 1 and B 2 peaks are due to intrinsic properties of dislocations. ΔT/T 0 is induced by the movement of geometrical kinks at low temperature (< 100°K) and by break-away of dislocations at high temperature (between 200 and 300 °K The peak observed near room temperature is a consequence of thermomechanical unpinning of dislocations from irradiation induced point defects. Keywords
