Abstract
The chronology of pulp inflammation and its progression to periapical disease were studied in permanent and deciduous teeth of monkeys. Mechanical pulp exposures were made and the teeth were left open to the oral environment for time intervals of up to two months. Clinical, radiographic, and microscopic study revealed considerable variation.Keywords
