Abstract
Electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole transition probabilities between the 3p64s S1/22 and the 3p63d 2 D3/2, 2 D5/2 levels for K through Mo23+ have been calculated in the (relativistic) Dirac-Fock single-configuration approximation. The positions of the (excited) 4s2 S1/2 level for Mn7+-Mo23+ are predicted along with the fine-structure splitting in the ground configuration 3p63d.
