Nucleon Fragmentation in Inelastic Electron Scattering

An analysis is presented of the double-inclusive reaction $e+p\to e+c+$ anything in the region where $c$ is a fragment of the target proton. We introduce the two structure functions that describe this scattering and relate them both in the asymptotic and subasymptotic regions to measured hadronic cross sections and electroproduction structure functions.
