Abstract
Four cases of cancer metastatic to the thyroid are reported. Two patients survived 5 years or more following operation, 1 with no further evidence of disease. Because of results in these patients, hemithyroidectomy or total thyroidectomy is recommended in those cases lacking evidence of other metastatic disease. Keywords
