Abstract
A 250-kg metal plate fell on a six-year-old boy. The resulting internal, nonpenetrating trauma caused multiple coronary arterial occlusions leading to complete heart block and ischemic changes in the electrocardiogram. Later two left ventricular aneurysms developed that were resected.Keywords
