Abstract
The design and calibration results of a satellite based solar-cosmic ray particle identifier system utilizing a field effect transistor analog multiplier for the IMP F and G spacecraft are described. A discussion is made of the effectiveness of particle separation by such a particle identifier used in on-board data processing. Keywords
