Abstract
Chronic administration of high doses of amiodarone for long time induces in some patients in the light-exposed areas of skin a cutaneous deposition of pigment, which consists of lipofuscin-like lipochrom. Clinically a 73-year-old woman, who received for 5 years daily 200–600 mg amiodarone, showed a peculiar metallic-blue coloration of the face. Keywords
