Abstract
Urinary chorionic gonadotropin (MCG) excretion during early pregnancy was determined by bioassay in 2 series of pregnant rhesus monkeys (M. mulatta). Twenty-four urine samples were obtained daily beginning on days 12-15 through days 25-26 of pregnancy. Although urinary MCG was found as early as the 13th day of pregnancy in some monkeys, hormone was not demonstrable in others until the 18th or 20th day. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
