Abstract
The dynamics (time-dependent) renormalization group is reformulated. Probability distributions for configurations at a discrete time sequence are parametrized in a manner similar to the parametrization of static probability distributions. The spirit of this approach is that of phenomenological fitting without making reference to any differential equations for microscopic dynamics. Simple illustrative calculations using the new formulation are presented. Keywords
