Abstract
Dielectric thin films of Pb[(Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.9Ti0.1]O3 were obtained by a screen printing method. A screen-printable dielectric paste was synthesized using submicron-sized powder and a metalorganic compound, which acted as an organic vehicle and a sintering aid. The crystal structure and dielectric properties of the thin films were greatly influenced by the bottom electrodes and substrate materials and also by firing conditions. Keywords
