Abstract
This article is a study of mental derangement in Kenya Africans, and is based on seven years' special experience as Medical Officer in charge of Mathari Mental Hospital and of H.M. Prison, Nairobi, and on nine years' previous general medical experience as a Government Medical Officer in various parts of the Colony.Keywords
