Transition Operators in an Algebraic Model for Hadrons

Abstract
Octets of vector and axial-vector operators are introduced to describe the transitions between one-hadron states in a previously described algebraic model. The properties of these operators under the discrete operations are investigated and used to predict the parity for the particles of the and meson towers.
