Abstract
Addition of small amounts of CaCl2 can induce calcium release from calciumfilled sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicles. The time of onset and rate of calcium release in the vesicular preparations, which occurs when ionized Ca2+ in the medium is increased from 2 kann die Ca2+-Freisetzung aus Ca2+-beladenen Vesikeln des sarkoplasmatischen Retikulums induzieren. Bei vesikulären Präparationen ist im Vergleich zu gehäuteten Muskelfasern die Zeit bis zur Ca2+-Freisetzung, nach Erhöhung der Konzentration an ionisiertem Ca2+ im Medium von <1 μM bis 3–5 μM, wesentlich verlängert. Entsprechend ist die Freisetzungsgeschwindigkeit wesentlich verlangsamt.Keywords
