Abstract
A case of ruptured aortic sinus of Valsalva aneurysm secondary to acute bacterial endocarditis is presented. In diagnosis of this entity emphasis is placed on the character, location, and radiation of the murmur. Importance of correct diagnosis is mentioned, since in some cases surgical correction may be carried out. Keywords
