Abstract
Theoretical aspects of the ecological problem relating to determination of the rate at which harvesters or predators should remove individuals from a population to achieve maximum continued yield are presented and discussed. Equations are offered to calculate the optimal rates of removal under 44ious circumstances particularly when ages of organisms can or cannot be determined. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
