We report a case of renal failure in a solitary kidney with manifestation of tuberous sclerosis, synchronous renal cell carcinoma and angiolipomatosis. A review of the literature disclosed the rare coexistence of these 2 tumors in tuberous sclerosis and the diagnostic difficulties in distinguishing these neoplasms. Keywords
