The Icecream-Cone Singularity in S-Matrix Theory

Abstract
The icecream‐cone singularity is analysed by S‐matrix theory methods. It is found to appear only in that part of the physical region predicted by finite‐order perturbation theory. The corresponding discontinuity is derived, and the nature of the singularity is discussed.Keywords
