Abstract
The level structure of and has been investigated by the () reaction at 19.0-MeV proton energy. New states were seen at 1480 and 1705 keV in and at 1551 and 1734 keV in . Additional evidence is presented for describing the lowest excited and bands as two-phonon vibrations.
