Abstract
The knowledge of process streams is an essential assumption for the optimization of apparatus and methods in chemical industry. The application of radiotracer methods for defining the intensity of axial mixing and homogenization effect is demonstrated by means of three selected examples of technical systems: powder mixing, waste water treatment, chemical process in a rotary kiln.Keywords
