Papillary Cystadenoma Lymphomatosum

Abstract
A 52-year-old Filipino man had painless parotid swelling bilaterally, present for three years. Examination revealed firm masses in the lower parotid area, larger on the left side. These proved to be papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum (Warthin's tumor). Surgical procedure was carried out in two stages; multiple tumors were found on the left side and a single tumor on the right side. Recovery was uneventful, with no recurrence after one year.
