Abstract
Electron-transfer photooxygenation of oxadisiliranes afforded the corresponding 1,2,4,3,5-trioxadisilolanes as dioxygen insertion products in reasonable yields. Stereochemical aspects of the oxygenation suggested formation of a peroxidic open intermediate.Keywords
