Abstract
We examine and interactions at 4170 MeV using the CLEO-c detector in order to measure the decay constant . We use the channel, where the designates either a or a , when the . Analyzing both modes independently, we determine , and . We also analyze them simultaneously to find an effective value of and extract . Combining with our previous determination of , we also find the ratio . We compare to current theoretical estimates. Finally, we find at 90% confidence level.
