Abstract
Since susceptibility to rheumatic, fever is transmitted as a single autosomal recessive gene. a prediction of occurrence, of primary and secondary cases was attempted on the basis of age susceptibility and genetic factors. Over a period of 20 yrs. the annual incidence and occurrence of primary and. secondary cases were satisfactorily predicted by this method. Keywords
