Abstract
A new method of cardiac output determination by fluorescence excitation is described in the dog. The technique, employing a non-radioactive positive contrast material, an x-ray generator, and a solid state detector, yields estimates of cardiac output which compare favorably with those obtained by the standard indocyanine green method. Keywords
