Abstract
The shear viscosity of the critical mixture nitrobenzene-n-hexane has been measured in a large temperature domain (0.003 °C < T - T c < 45 °C). From a statistical analysis of the data it is shown that the viscosity can be written as a product of a regular term and a weak power law divergence (critical exponent Y = 0.043). This result agrees well with renormalization-group predictionsKeywords
